The rule

English -sion becomes Portuguese -são — the same final-syllable nasal ão you already say, always feminine (a versão). Match the s count:

One s → -são, buzzing like a z: versão ≈ "ver-ZÃU", decisão ≈ "de-ci-ZÃU"
Double -ssion → -ssão, a hard hiss: missão, discussão
